Who Is Maintaining It
Currently there is a 10 year deal between Taylor Wimpey and White Cliffs to maintain and look after the land After this period is over First Port will take over the management and charge this to residents
Our TP1 Documents mention that we are responsible for maintaining it
We are currently working with Tony Vaugn MP / Talyor Wimpey, WCCP & First Port to clarify responsibility and expenditure but it seems to be unclear
Why It Matters
The cost of maintaining a public open space with historical monuments could be very expensive
