First Port should produce Signed Accounts for each year. According to our TP1 agreement these should be produced in a timely manner. By law they should be produced 6 months from the end of the year unless a notice explaining that there has been a delay (which they do every year it seems).
We currently have Signed Account for years:
- 2020
- 2021
- 2022 (Disputed Figures) - Expected end of Feb 2026
- 2023 - Outstanding - Expected March 2026
- 2024 - Outstanding - Expected April 2026
- 2025 - Not Yet Due

About the YE accounts query I would like to confirm that the 2023 accounts are currently with the auditor. Once the audit is finalized, we will promptly proceed with the 2024 accounts. I appreciate you’re understanding and kindly request your support and cooperation as our team is prioritising these accounts.

After a meeting with residents Firtport have confiemd that accounts for 2022 should be completed by the end of Feb 2026, SHortly afterwards 2023 should be complete and within 60 days 2024.
