First Port should produce Signed Accounts for each year. According to our TP1 agreement these should be produced in a timely manner. By law they should be produced 6 months from the end of the year unless a notice explaining that there has been a delay (which they do every year it seems).

About the YE accounts query I would like to confirm that the 2023 accounts are currently with the auditor. Once the audit is finalized, we will promptly proceed with the 2024 accounts. After a meeting with residents Firtport have confiemd that accounts for 2022/23 should be completed by the end of Feb 2026, Shortly afterwards 2024 will be done.
Update From FirstPort 27th Feb 2025
I hope this message finds you well. As communicated previously, we committed to issuing the 2023 accounts for Shorncliffe Heights by the end of this month, and we have been pressing the auditors to expedite their work. Unfortunately, several unexpected last‑minute queries have arisen this week.
Our accountant has been working closely with the auditors to provide the required information, and several adjustments now need to be made. Due to the size and complexity of the accounts, the auditors are unable to complete these adjustments and sign off the accounts by close of business on Friday, 27 February 2026. However, they have assured us that everything will be finalised next week.
Update From Firstport 6th March 2025
We apologise for the inconvenience. We are still waiting for the auditor to sign off the accounts. All formalities have been completed, and we are now awaiting the final signature.
Our team is working until 18:00 hours today. If we receive the fully signed copies of the accounts, we will share them with residents immediately.
Update From Firstport 9th March 2025
2023 Accounts Currently with the auditor and are awaiting final signature. We are expecting to receive the signed accounts by close of business today, 9th March 2026. As soon as we have them, we will share the documents with residents without delay.
2024 Accounts will be submitted to the auditor upon completion of the 2023 review.
2025 Accounts will follow after the 2024 audit is finalised.
