Firstport release budgets at the begining of the year. This will be for the coming year the expected costs for maintaining the estate.
You will be invoiced for your share of the sections that apply to you based on the budget.
At the end of the year FirstPort should create signed accounts. This will be the true cost of expenses. If the signed accounts show that they have spent more in that period that budgeted you will be charged the extra. If they spent less then you should be refunded the difference.
What are the sections (S) in reference to on the budget
The budget is broken down into sections. Each section has its own expenses. Depending on where your property is you will contribute your share to the relevent sections.
For example:
Section 6 (Seabrook Valley) - Everyone contributes an even share
Section 38 Phase 1D - This applys only to those that live in Skye Close.
You will most likely contribute to more than one section. You will not contribute to sections that are not applicable to you but the figures will show in the full budget. If you look at your latest invoice it will show which sections you are contributing towards and what percentage.

- This schedule relates to the St Martins plain estate phase areas.

S8 Phase 1B Block Piper House
- This schedule relates to all building costs for Piper House.
- All properties in Piper House contribute on an equal basis.
S15 Phase 1B Block Bugler House
- This schedule relates to all building costs for Bugler House.
- All properties in Bugler House contribute on an equal basis.
S18 Phase 2C Private Access/ Courtyard
- This schedule relates to roadways and courtyards that are not adopted by the local authority and form part of the managed areas of 2C (Burgoyne Square).
- All properties who benefit from private roads or courtyards contribute to this schedule on an equal basis.
S19 Phase 2C estate
- This schedule relates to the Burgoyne Square estate phase areas.
- All properties in this phase contribute on an equal basis.
S20 Phase 2B Private Access/Courtyard
- This schedule relates roadways and courtyards that are not adopted by the local authority and form part of the managed areas of 2B (Somerset Barracks).
- All properties who benefit from private roads or courtyards contribute to this schedule on an equal basis.
S24 Phase 2C Block Edith House
- This schedule relates all building costs for Edith House.
- All properties in Edith House contribute on an equal basis.
S25 Phase 2C Block Coach Houses
- This schedule relates to external building costs for coach houses.
- The Coach Houses contribute on an equal basis.
S26 Phase 2C Carports
- This schedule relates to the costs for Carports that form part of Coach Houses.
- The Carport owners contribute on an equal basis.
S28 Phase 2D Estate
- This schedule relates to The Nursery (Sapper Row) phase areas.
- All properties in this phase contribute on an equal basis.
S30 Phase 2A Block Brigadier Court
- This schedule relates to the building’s costs for Brigadier Court.
- All properties within Brigadier Court contribute equally.
S31 Phase 2A Block Lieutenant Court

- These properties pay into this schedule on an equal basis.

- This schedule relates to the managed driveway/private access road on Phase 2A Officers Mess.
- The properties on Major Close & Colonel Drive contribute to this cost on an equal basis.
S34 Phase 2A Estate
- This schedule relates to the Phase 2A Officers Mess estate costs.
- All properties on this phase contribute to this schedule on an equal basis.
S35 Phase 2C Block Ata Court
- This schedule relates to the building’s costs for Ata Court.
- All properties within Ata Court contribute equally.
