During the oral evidence session, Members of Parliament questioned senior representatives from major property management firms, including FirstPort and Rendall & Rittner, as well as the Chief Executive of The Property Institute. The session, which began at around 10:15 am, examined concerns about the quality of service and service charges affecting homeowners and leaseholders.
