Firstport released a survey yesterday asking for customer feeback on its services. Within an hour people were reporting that they could not complete the survey and were getting the response:

"We have already received enough responses matching your profile"

This caused frustrations amungst residents who already feel ignored buy FirstPort and feel that this was just a false excersice created by FirstPort after their CEO Martin King was hauled in-front of MP's last week to question his companies atrocious reputation.

Some people are saying that you can follow this link to complete the survey anyway, but weter the results are counted towards their statistics is unknown.
