Another question in PMQs today but this time Andrew Cooper MP asked clearly about unadopted estates with a focus on developers responsibilities- this MP understands as he is a fellow victim of this scam.
He recently raised this with Steve Reed who agreed this is unfair.

Today the PMs response changed slightly and acknowledged unadopted estates but then referred back to leasehold reform- he needs to understand we are not leaseholders (predominantly though on mixed tenure estates some have the double whammy)

We need to keep pushing on this and huge thanks to Andrew Cooper for this question
